All returns must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. To obtain an RMA number, please contact customer service prior to return shipping.
All RMA requests must be received within 15 calendar days of the date you received your order. All returned packages must have the RMA number clearly displayed on the outside of the packaging or on the shipping label. Returns received without an RMA number clearly displayed on the outside of the package will be refused and returned to sender.
RMA numbers are valid for 30 calendar days after issuance. You must return your item within 30 days after we issue your RMA number. Returns received more than 30 days after issuance of an RMA number will be refused.
All returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee and must be in new, unused condition. No refunds or exchanges will be issued for used items. Refunds are for the item purchase price (minus restocking fee) only. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping is your responsibility.
All special order items are non-returnable.
All items returned to us by the shipping company (USPS, UPS, etc.) due to customer refusal, incorrect address entered by the customer at checkout, or any other reason beyond our control will be credited for the purchase price minus 15% restocking fee. Shipping will not be refunded. If an item is returned to us due to an incorrect address entered at the time of checkout and we must re-ship the item, customer will be responsible for the additional shipping charge.
